The story develops when his grandson Cheeku (Amit Sadh) returns.

REVIEW: With the huge success of first two installments ‘Sarkar’ and ‘Sarkar Raj’. Ram Gopal Verma finally decided to come with the third installment after the wait of nine long years. It was one of the highly waited and anticipated film of this year. Regardless, Big B has done a phenomenal job, the film is a bit disappointment. With a weak plot and unstable story line, the film is boring and didn’t have the ability to tie the audience to their seat. Excluding Big B, the film had a descent actors such as Jackie Shroff, Manoj Bajpai and Ronit Roy but still, they couldn’t save the film. The film fells like the replica of the past two installments, nothing new came out from Sarkar.

What’s good about the film is the looks of the character. Big B’s has more instance look, he looks more intimidating than the last two films. Jackie Shroff, with his glasses, appears impressive. Amit Sadh tried very hard to make his character work. Manoj Bajpai, obviously delivers once again and has some electrifying presence. Yami Gautam looks beautiful and badass, she has a very important role in the film but it didn’t work.

The biggest drawback of the film is direction, Ram Gopal Verma just didn’t work in this one. With the weak storyline, the direction could have saved the film, but it didn’t. Music didn’t help at all, and while watching the film audience will feel that they could have just seen it on their laptop. The director who has given the gem’s like ‘Satya’, ‘Company’, ‘Sarkar’, Sarkar Raj’ and ‘Attacks of 26/11’ failed to impress both the audience and critic with this one. Actors such as Big B, Manoj Bajpai and Ronit Roy tried very hard in this film. The only thing to watch the film is Big B, whenever he comes in front of screen people cared. There is a casting issue, Amit Sadh was not for that role, they should have gone with some powerful performer, Amit actually tried but didn’t impressed.

WHY SHOULD YOU WATCH: Well, the reason to watch this film is Amitabh Bachchan, every film Big B is in, he is the reason to watch this film. There’s nothing special in this film, it had same old plot with same old storyline. But Amitabh Bachchan saved it from being a massive failure.
